Research Methods
Students are exposed to and given a set of conceptual tools and techniques that allow them to understand the nature of scientific methods as they apply to business, estimate the worth of research proposals and study from an instrument design and implementation point of view. Techniques for gathering and appraising information needed in business planning and control are presented in this course. Special emphasis will be given on research design, problem formulation, conducting a research project, and application of research.

Human Resources Management
This course draws on insights from the social sciences to explore how employment relations are influenced by economic, social, psychological, legal, and cultural forces. Specific topics to be discussed include: recruitment and selection; performance evaluation; compensation and benefits; promotion; job design; training; layoffs, retention, and turnover; and the human resource implications of various strategies.

Operations Management
This course focuses on the management of operating systems. Topics covered include capacity management, inventory control, the application of queuing models to service and manufacturing systems, scheduling, Japanese manufacturing techniques, and quality management. The emphasis is on real-world cases at some of the major companies around the world.

Marketing Strategy
This course is an analysis of the process by which customer demand structures marketing response and by which product/service positioning builds customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. This is a management-oriented course designed to give students an integrative framework for analyzing marketing programs and making marketing decisions. The course consists of a mixture of lectures, student case presentations and in-class exercises.

International Business
This course guides students to the overall management issues in establishing and conducting strategies of multinational businesses. It provides theoretical analysis as well as relevant case studies.

Financial Accounting
This course will focus on analyzing and comparing accounting systems of major countries. It deals with accounting transactions and related issues in international business.

Management Information System
This course involves comprehensive and detailed case studies of an integration of all the major elements in the fields of business computers and their applications in managerial decision-making and problem solving. It introduces the concept of MIS and its applications to the organization. It further investigates deciding whether or not, and how, to computerize.

Business Communication
This course focuses on business topics and business communication skills. It emphasizes effective spoken communication, focusing primarily on practicing language for business social situations. The goal of the course is to increase spoken fluency and listening comprehension for business purposes. In addition, through writing business reports, summaries, letters, and e-mails, and analyzing case studies, participants utilize and expand their writing and reading competencies.

Financial Management
This course is the introductory course in Financial Management in the MBA program. The purpose of this course is to equip you with the basic tools and techniques necessary to be a successful financial manager or a general manager with a good understanding of the basic principles of finance. Special attention will be given on valuation techniques, the relation between risk and return and capital markets and the major areas of the financing decisions of firms and international finance.

Organization Behavior
This course relates existing theory and research to organizational problems by reviewing key concepts in the following areas: individual motivation and behavior, decision making, interpersonal communication and influence, small group behavior, and individual, dyadic, and inter-group conflict and cooperation. The course focuses on the ways in which organizations and their members affect one another and exposes students to frameworks for diagnosing and dealing with problems in organizational settings.

Consumer Behavior
The objectives of this course is to examine the mental and physical activities that people engage in when selecting, purchasing, using and disposing of products and services. Also this course examines the external and internal forces that shape these activities and how an understanding of consumer behavior can provide marketers with strategic insights.

Global Business Environment & Strategy
This course is that understanding of global business environment and making strategy of global business based on the variation of business environment. Make the plan of surviving strategy, organization and human resource, marketing and management of multinational corporation.

Financial Markets

Strategic Management
This course deals with the overall general management of the business enterprise. Extensive case studies of a variety of companies of differing size, industry, and current conditions provide the basis for the comprehensive analysis and establishment of a strategic management approach for the organization. Frameworks are presented for strategy identification and evaluation; assessing industry attractiveness; evaluating the firm's capabilities, resources, and position; determining the optimal horizontal and vertical scope of the firm; entering into strategic alliances and joint ventures; and formulating and implementing strategy in multi-business organizations.

Cost Accounting
This course acquaints students with the economic role of managerial accounting as well as a variety of higher-level topics in cost accounting. Selected topics concentrating on issues of current controversies are explored through individual and group research papers. Topics that are discussed in the course include the design of a cost accounting system to help management achieve sound planning and control, transfer pricing, direct costing, and the quantitative approach to cost accounting.

Managerial Accounting
The course provides an introduction to the concepts, purposes, problems, methodology, and terminology of managerial accounting. It demonstrates accounting’s role in providing information for decision making and planning, assisting managers in the activities of the enterprise, and motivating managers and employees towards organizational goals. Basic accounting concepts and principles for a manufacturing company are introduced with a concentrated emphasis on product costing, budget preparations, and management decision making.

International Tourism
This course will focus on the current issues in domestic and international tourism to the extent both scholars and industry practitioners draw their attention to. The structure of the tourism sector, tourism product and the size and value of tourism will also be covered.

An examination of the sectors, organizations, and delivery systems that comprise MICE will be discussed and the nature, concept and methods of MICE will also be covered. The emphasis of the course will be on the domestic and international MICE.

The course covers various topics in Management Information systems. Topics covered will vary depending upon the current issues in the field of Management Information Systems.

Global e-Business
This course is designed to focus on the fundamentals of global electronic business to better understand and evaluate the major changes occurring in market as a result of the expansion of the internet. Major emphasis on two parts: 1) Global business and e business, 2) Business web and models.

Tax Management
This course examines the determination of corporate tax liabilities, the influence of governmental taxation on economic activities, and tax considerations in business and investment decisions.

Korean Business and Culture
This course provides the basic knowledge of culture, tradition, and society of Korea and its implication toward business environment in Korea. Main focus will be on the basic concepts, knowledge, and applications of Korean cultures, social value systems, and profiles of Korean business in general. This course also touches on Korean language of the basic level.
